On Thursday, 17th September, pupils from 3rd to 6th class took part in the East Mayo Cross Country competition at Melletts Hill in Swinford. Everyone put in a brilliant effort, showing great team spirit, determination, and support for one another. Autumn is here!
Welcome to Autumn in 2nd Class! As part of our autumn learning, 2nd Class went outdoors on an exciting nature walk to hunt for sméara dubha - blackberries. The children had a fantastic time spotting ripe berries, picking them carefully, and bringing them back to class. After a thorough washing; children enjoyed a delicious, fresh autumn treat!
