Our school is situated just 1km from Ballyvary village on a very spacious site. There is a large playground to the front, another to the back, a junior playground to the side and several pitches behind the back playground.

Fantastic Success in the Credit Union Art Competition 🎨

We are absolutely delighted to celebrate a wonderful achievement by one of our pupils in the Credit Union Art Competition. Competing in the 8–10 year category, she achieved 1st place at local chapter level and went on to secure an impressive 2nd place overall in Connacht. This is a fantastic accomplishment and a real credit to her creativity, effort and artistic talent. 🎄 Carols & a Cuppa – A Celebration of Christmas and 50 Years of Our School

Festive cheer filled our school today as pupils from 3rd to 6th class treated the community to a special daytime performance - Carols & a Cuppa. This event was a repeat of Wednesday night’s show marking 50 years of our school! Alongside much-loved Christmas carols, pupils performed a song from each decade of the past 50 years, taking the audience on a wonderful musical journey through the history of our school. ✨ Second Class Get Creative with Winter Art! 🎄❄️

Second Class have been busy working on magical winter silhouette scenes, blending cool blues and purples to make beautiful frosty skies. Once the backgrounds were ready, they added striking black silhouettes— tall trees. The children also worked on festive winter hats which are full of colour & fun!!
